Our 2024 Predications: Real Estate and Beyond!

To help shed light on the possibilities that lie ahead, we've gathered a diverse range of predictions from members of the Zoeller Team, as well as our cherished clients, friends, and even our youngest predictor, a three-year-old with an uncanny sense of what's to come. In this blog, we'll delve into the 2024 forecasts that we have gathered!

Sports Predictions for 2024:

  1. Packers make NFC Championship in 2024 ~ Eric Zoeller

  2. The Ohio State wins the National Football Championship ~ Roby Skrbis

  3. Agrees that OSU will win the National Football Championship ~ Daniella Zoeller

  4. Milwaukee Bucks make it to the NBA final round ~ Brooke Behling

  5. Joe Barry will be fired ~ Brian French

  6. The Pack will sign Jordan Love to a 6-yr, $270M contract extension ~ TJ Ebert

  7. Brewers will have new/additional owners ~ Tyler Vogds

Real Estate Predictions for 2024:

  1. Interest Rates will be at 6% in 2024 for at least part of 2024 ~ Jennifer

  2. Prices in the Milwaukee market will remain stable due to pent-up buyer demand ~ Jennifer Zoeller

  3. Home prices will ease slightly and interest rates in the 6% range. Hoping for rates in the 5’s for 2025. ~ Rick Woldt (North Shore Bank)

  4. Suburbs will be "cool" again ~ Brian French

  5. Those that purchased with rates in the 7-8% range will be rewarded with one, if not two, refinances in '24 ~ T.J. Ebert Provisor

  6. Interest rates will drop below 6.5, and it will be another buying frenzy at the end of this spring ~ Michelle Vogds

Zoeller Team Events and Personal Predictions:

  1. Michelle & Tyler will have a boy ~ Jennifer Zoeller

  2. Roby Skrbis and Nick Mueller will not repeat as the Zoeller Cornhole tournament winners (because they will be put on different teams) ~ Jennifer Zoeller

  3. Dan Winkleman will win the Zoeller Team March Madness tournament ~ Jennifer

  4. I’m getting a brother ~ Layla Vogds

Celebrity Predictions:

  1. Taylor Swift & Kelce Travis break up and she writes a dis song that calls out Brittany and Jackson Mahomes as well as coach Andy Reid! ~ Jennifer

  2. Rihanna is dropping new music this year ~ Daniella Zoeller

Weather Predictions:

  1. First snow over 4 inches will not occur until Feb for the 2023-2024 winter season ~ Jennifer Zoeller

  2. We’ll have snow on Easter and Thanksgiving ~ Brian French

Politics Predictions:

  1. Bigfoot will receive at least 1 vote for president ~ Brian French
