Tracy Plechaty

Buying or selling a home is a significant decision. For some, a home is a sanctuary and a place of solitude, while for others, it serves as a gathering place for family and friends. Either way, a home is a space for making lasting memories. With that in mind, Tracy is dedicated to listening to her clients' needs and understanding the "why" behind their home-buying or selling journey, focusing on the area and type of home where they envision creating new memories. Tracy understands that each client’s vision can look different, and she tailors her approach accordingly.

One of the reasons Tracy loves the area she works and lives in is the diversity it offers. Living in Sussex allows her to experience both the urban and rural flavors of the region. She enjoys the hustle and bustle of the Milwaukee area while also appreciating the quiet roads, hills, and lakes of the Lake Country area.

An avid cyclist, Tracy enjoys exploring both urban and rural landscapes on her bike, logging hundreds of miles along the way. She believes that riding through neighborhoods on a bicycle offers a unique perspective and deeper connection to the area. As Ernest Hemingway once said, “It is by riding a bicycle that you can learn the contours of a country best.” In addition to cycling, Tracy enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, cross-country skiing, camping, and yoga. She feels fortunate that her husband and family share these outdoor passions with her.

Being a part of the community is essential to Tracy, and she is committed to giving back. She sponsors an annual food drive for her local food bank, Sussex Outreach Services, and participates in yearly bike trail and highway clean-ups. Tracy values the outdoors and is dedicated to keeping it clean. She continually seeks ways to stay connected to her community, including participating in a book club and being an active member of a biking club.

Tracy’s professional community is equally remarkable. Backed by the resources and tools needed for successful transactions, Tracy provides honest and professional advice throughout every step of the buying or selling process. Her goal is to meet her clients' needs and provide peace of mind during one of life’s most important transitions.
